In addition, all our employees have the opportunity to apply for study support to further their professional competence and career.
Project management is the backbone of what we do and an area in which we are committed to excellence. This is supported by our corporate accreditation to the Association for Project Management (APM) putting us in the top 10% of project management practitioners in the UK.
Our new project management training programme, launched in October 2014, ensures that all employees who are involved with, manage or direct projects and programmes are qualified (or working towards) relevant APM qualifications.
