Within the following table we present our performance measures for each material area within our strategy. Those highlighted in bold represent the ‘key’ performance indicators (KPIs) for our three broad sustainability areas of – Marketplace, People and Communities and the Environment. All indicators are reviewed on an annual basis to ensure relevance in terms of stakeholder priorities.
