Material issues
An assessment was carried out by Mouchel's corporate responsibility and sustainability steering group in 2010 to identify and prioritise the sustainability (socio-economic and environmental) ‘material’ issues relevant to the following key stakeholder groups:
- Clients
Employees Partners and suppliers
| - Environment
Communities Investors
|
A 'materiality matrix' was used to determine those which were of significant importance/ elevance to Mouchel and its stakeholders in order to determine the structure of future sustainability strategies/reporting scope. Read more about our materiality assessment.
The priority issues were grouped into three core areas: marketplace, people and communities and environment. We have drawn up objectives and associated action plans to address these issues (a summary can be found under each ‘material’ section of this site) and will provide feedback on progress made towards addressing these measures in future communications.
