Engaging with stakeholders

Mouchel’s stakeholders include our clients and their customers, employees, investors, the media, suppliers, joint-venture partners, local communities and representatives of the environment.

We receive feedback from these groups through client surveys, investor meetings, opinion surveys and the website; and this determines the way in which Mouchel operates.

Mouchel plans to roll out a revised stakeholder appraisal programme, led by the Sustainability Steering Group and focusing on clients and the supply chain initially. This will provide a better understanding of their sustainability aspirations and provide feedback on the company’s performance in each of the key ‘material issue’ areas identified. The scope of the Sustainability Steering Group will be widened to include client and non-government organisation representatives, providing further insight into the effectiveness of Mouchel’s sustainability programmes and ensuring that the company is aware of any future priorities these groups may have.
