Water hygiene
Mouchel provides an independent water hygiene service to our clients, working with them to achieve a safe and healthy environment for their employees.
We are a registered member of the Legionella Control Association and have more than 10 years experience in delivering a wide variety of services including:
Legionella risk assessments;
chemical and biological sampling, and interpretation;
on-site testing/monitoring (eg for temperature, chlorine, pH);
implementing monitoring and control programmes in accordance with HSE Approved Code of Practice L8;
tank and down system disinfections, shower head cleaning and remedial works;
auditing of log books or risk assessments carried out by other companies;
customised Legionella training;
Legionella consultancy, eg development/review of internal procedures and documentation; and
electronic and web-based management systems.
Delivery efficiencies are achieved through the use of a mobile workforce management system. Using Hand Held Units (HHU) our site operatives not only receive their work schedule through the HHU, they also use it to record the details of the site activity. Once the site activity has been completed, the captured data is sent ‘real time’ directly into a project database, saving time, eliminating data entry error and reducing data handling.
