Water capital design frameworks

We provide a range of engineering services for UK water companies to fulfil their Asset Management Plan (AMP) commitments. This includes process, civil, mechanical and electrical design. Projects are undertaken for all water company assets: reservoirs, pipelines, sewers and overflows, pumping stations and clean and dirty treatment works.

Often working in alliances with contractors and the client, we form multidisciplinary teams that complete a full range of capital design services. These include: feasibility, solution identification, outline design, detailed design, construction support and commissioning and handover documentation.

Our services help clients deliver their AMP commitments to OFWAT and their end-customers. We help them improve their asset standards, their drinking water quality and security of their assets. Our work also helps improve the quality of receiving water courses downstream of treatment works or overflows.

We are particularly strong at forming excellent team relationships with contractors. For example, as part of the KMI+ joint venture we are delivering a £460 million programme of work for United Utilities - understood to be the biggest such contract in the UK.
