Transport policy

We provide our Regional Government and Local Authority clients with advice relating to changes to, or the implementation of transport policy initiatives. This ranges from reviews of existing policies through to the formulation of new strategies.

Through our varied base of study work for both the public and private sectors, we can offer the widest of perspectives on the effects of a given policy. Our tracking of national policy trends and the interpretation of such provides us with the skills necessary to provide this specialist advice to local and regional clients.

Our approach is inclusive, building upon the knowledge base within our client bodies, and mixing this with our own experiences in interpreting and defining policy to ensure robust outcomes. We help ensure the most cost-effective, value for money solutions to problems and objectives.

We keep abreast of the latest developments in local, regional and national transport policy. With changing pressures due to rising congestion and environmental concerns, our knowledge base is continually developing and evolving. We are at the cutting edge of such work with our involvement in projects such as the Shropshire Transport Innovation Fund (TIF) and the Regional Parking Review.
