We develop risk-based asset management plans for water companies.

We provide probability and consequence modelling of individual assets. We use valuation techniques to define an affordable programme of asset investment, maintenance and operational costs.

We have developed a series of tools and processes to define risk at the asset level (pipe or treatment works equipment),and define an affordable programme of work.

We are developing processes that can be transferred to the client on completion. Our approach complies with the UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR) common framework for capital maintenance planning.
