Strategic consulting

Our team covers a diverse range of services to help clients with small and medium size, specialist projects. We mainly provide strategic support to clients in the water industry to develop and implement risk-based asset management plans, maintenance planning, deterioration and risk modelling. We also provide flood risk mapping, drinking water quality safety plans, tariff modelling, Water Framework Directive, discolouration analysis, failure mode effects analyses, Root Cause Analysis, asset management benchmarking and assessment. For asset management systems we have experience in I.T. and business consultancy projects both in pre and post systems implementation. We also undertake a number of UK water industry research projects and are currently working on 21st Century Water Distribution.

A key feature of our strategic consulting is to develop tailor-made solutions for individual projects to meet specific and unique client requirements. We provide new approaches to projects, sometimes with no prior pre-design.
