Rights of way
We provide research, consultation and production for both lost Rights of Way and Rights of Way Improvement Plans
The LandAspects team are expert in researching and producing Rights of Way Improvement Plans, and are currently researching over 250 000 documents based in the national archives in Kew and the 39 county archives. The seven year project requires us to complete document based research to find potentially lost or incorrectly graded Rights of Way in England.
Clients benefit from access to expert rights of way researchers, whose work is underpinned by leading-edge technology and systems,
We use dedicated teams of researchers undertaking desktop research, site investigation and public consultation exercises. Our results are stored on an enterprise geographical information system (GIS) with national coverage which is accessible via a web-based GIS interface.
