Rail property – enhancements

Provision of feasibility and detailed design services, together with contract management, associated with the improvement of rail property assets.

Our services are provided directly to Network Rail, through the Train Operating Companies as part of their estate management or franchise obligations, or through Local Authorities as part of their integrated transport plans.

We offer: initial site assessment, detailed design, development of costing and procurement strategies, multi-disciplinary project management, contract management.

The key aspect is the delivery of these services in an operational rail environment, and an understanding of all the potential risks and obligations that this implies.

Our services improve the travelling experience for rail passengers — either directly, through improving the appearance and facilities at stations, or by improving the platforms to enable new rolling stock to be accommodated.

We bring experience gained from day to day involvement in the asset stewardship of stations to the design process, providing whole-life cost benefits.
