We deliver the full range of estate management services and strategic property asset management advice via a number of term contracts with key local authority clients, framework agreements and single consulting commissions. From this foundation, our practice has broadened its client base and scope of work to encompass both national, local government and public sector work. Our team of some 160 staff, including 70 chartered surveyors as well as the services of other in-house property professionals who add value to the management of the client's portfolio. These professionals include building surveyors, facilities managers and multi-disciplinary design teams.
