Procurement (client advisory)

We lead, manage and negotiate procurement for projects, based on our wide variety of experience of many procurement strategies (PFI, PDS, PPP, Developer schemes, and lease agreements) and contracts (Agreement for Lease, GC/Works/1, JCT, NEC, ECI,).

We carry out procurement from the earliest stages of business case preparation (including Green Book appraisal), through OJEU (including Competitive Dialogue), to output specification and contract document preparation, financial modelling and preparing funding agreements, and negotiation of the final contract and oversight of the delivery.

Our cross-sector expertise, the cradle-to-grave support we offer to our clients, and actual delivery into service of the new assets.

We have wide experience of working closely with legal, financial and property advisors.
