Placemaking and town centre strategy

We provide town centre strategies for government and local authority clients. Placemaking is a town centre strategy with integrated creative and deliverable aspects that sets out a framework for long-term proposals by co-ordinating future development of buildings and spaces, usage, and movement that respond to the local context. Placemaking is backed by design guidance and an implementation plan built upon socio-economic policies that ensure that real actions are taken to transform town centres into 'places for people'.

We have an expert design team made up of urban design, transport planning, engineering, planning, property, consultation and financial specialists. Our team works with the client and stakeholders at all stages, from baseline, analysis, vision development, options through to preferred options. We ensure that a consensus is reached at every stage of the design process.
