PeekMouchel (technology management and maintenance)

Joint venture (jv): PeekMouchel is a joint venture between Mouchel and Peek Traffic Ltd which jointly have designed, implemented and maintained all aspects of the Highways Agency's (HA's) current standard technology systems. Our team offer a complete service of management, design, manufacture, maintenance, operation, asset management and consultancy skills that span more than 20 years of highways technology and support commissions.

PeekMouchel is an unincorporated joint venture. (Mouchel Ltd 50%, Peek Traffic Ltd 50%).

We provide the following services:

operation and maintenance of all the technology
identification, design and delivery of technology asset improvement schemes
operational response and resolution to technology defects that include emergency roadside telephones, vehicle message signs, MIDAS loops and CCTV cameras out on the network, and all the systems within the associated control centres
Introduction of new technology and improvement schemes as and when appropriate in order to improve the HA's ability to deliver its role as network operator.
