Parking enforcement

We provide a range of parking management services, including software, hardware, consultancy and managed services.

Software: licensing and support of Integrated Civic Processing System (ICPS),  enables clients to:

  • issue and manage penalty charge notices
  • issue and manage fixed penalty charge notices for littering, graffiti etc
  • issue and manage permits/licensing activities and all related correspondence
  • manage vehicle license evasion
  • facilitate associated asset management
  • provide workflow/correspondence management (including automated scanning to case)
  • manage clamping and removal activities
  • carry out kerbside management of street furniture

Consultancy: our services include project management, initial installation, upgrade configuration and implementation, training (mobilisation, refresher and upgrade), ‘go live’ support and software development.

Managed services: we provide DVLA enquiry services, automated payment options (internet payments, interactive telephone payments, integrated credit card clearing, cashless parking solutions and national cash payment facilities), network and communications installation and management and desktop provision.

Hardware: we provide ruggedised on-street handheld computers and in-vehicle tablet computers, portable printers, mobile CCTV / ANPR vehicles and stand-alone equipment. We also provide other solution-associated equipment such as PC tills, servers, PCs, printers, scanners, sorters and so on.

Clients benefit from our knowledge of the complex legislative framework in the UK, our technical expertise and our experience of providing integrated parking management systems for our clients. Our core product, the Integrated Civic Processing System (ICPS), is the market leader in the UK, processing in excess of 60% of all Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) issued in the UK.

We are employed by the majority of the largest London Boroughs including: Westminster, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Camden, Islington, Lambeth as well as Transport for London (TfL) and many more.

London faces traffic management problems before the rest of the UK, we have introduced innovation to overcome challenges its London clients face.

These include:

  • use of GPRS/GPS technology for handheld devices
  • digital CCTV for bus lane and moving traffic contravention enforcement
  • mobile CCTV vehicles
  • ‘post and print’ service management with integrated workflow system
  • online payments including ‘pay-by-phone’ parking
