Noise and vibration

Mouchel has an established team of experienced Acousticians with a diverse background in undertaking a range of qualitative and quantitative assessments of environmental noise (BS4142, DMRB, CRTN, PPG24, BS5228), building acoustics (BB93, BS8233) and vibration control (BS7358).

Our team includes some of the leading experts in the field of environmental noise and vibration control. We have over 20 years’ experience and are up to date with modern techniques in the field of acoustics. We pride ourselves in having in-house monitoring capabilities with Nor 118 and 121 Sound Level Meters, and in house modelling capabilities through Atkins RoadNoise and SiteNoise, SoundPlan and Cadna-A.

We have strong working relationships with other disciplines in Mouchel as well as external clients and have strict quality assurance procedures.
