Network Operations

Network Operations is focused on delivering long-term (typically 4-7 years) highway management, maintenance and improvement services.

We support our key clients through contracts that provide integrated management and operational delivery, such as Managing Agent Contractor (MAC) in England and Operating Company (OpCo) in Scotland, as well as Managing Agent (MA) and Term Maintenance Contractor (TMC).

We have led the highways industry in developing a holistic service culture, with consistent, integrated management focus.

Predominantly working with our strategic partners, our focus remains on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and Joint Venture partners.

These Joint Venture partners include the following: Accord, Amey and Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services.
