Multi service ICT
We provide a full range of ICT support services to councils in partnership with Agilisys. The services include an IT service desk, ongoing maintenance, and a programme of updating the Council's ICT equipment.
Our Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) form the backbone of our service. They include: service desk improvements; a PC refresh programme; technical modernisation; and business continuity.
The Council benefits from an effective and efficient IT service, with high reliability and security.
Through a joint venture with the council we combine public and private sector skills to provide employment, service improvement and greater investment then either partner alone could provide.
