Leakage reduction
Understanding the performance of a water network is fundamental to Mouchel’s business. We provide leak detection and validation services for numerous water companies and commercial clients throughout the UK. We offer such services as:
leakage detection (open sounding, correlating, pipe tracing and ground microphones);
flow and pressure logging, deployment, retrieval and analysis;
pressure management design and installation;
step testing and zero pressure testing including data logging;
leakage controlled areas set-up and design;
crisis management (pressure checking, logging and monitoring); and
water balance analysis.
Site operations are facilitated by a Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) solution. MWM enables field and office-based employees to exchange information accurately, securely and instantly through the use of Hand Held Units (HHUs). Additional benefits include;
productivity improvement through the efficient coordination of resources, planning and reduction of administration;
live location monitoring of mobile staff;
reduction in requirement for mobile workers to attend project office; and
live project reporting.
