Joint Venture (JV): 2020 Knowsley is a joint venture between 2020 Liverpool (in which Mouchel is the private sector partner) and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council. 2020 Knowsley delivers professional services to Knowsley under a 10-year contract as well as working for other clients such as housing associations and neighbouring local authorities. 2020 Liverpool and 2020 Knowsley work closely together, sharing expertise and resources to create a flexible resource to meet the needs of clients in the Merseyside region. 2020 Knowsley was originally set up in April 2005 to deliver property and professional services to the Council
