Our dedicated “Flooding and Environmental Management” division provides technical and managerial support on a wide range of flood risk projects across the UK and beyond to deliver:

·         Feasibility studies

·         Engineering options

·         Economic assessment

·         Planning and Consultation including Environmental assessment

·         Detailed design, contract documentation and site supervision.

We provide a wide range of services to public and private sector clients to help them assess and manage the flood risk to their local assets, developments, towns and cities. 

·         We work closely with local government to develop flood alleviation schemes.

·         We carry out site specific flood risk assessments (FRAs) for new developments seeking planning approval.

·         We develop strategic flood risk assessments (SFRAs) to help local government better manage regional flood risk.

·         We work with utility companies to help them assess the flood risk to their assets and develop measures that can ensure continuity of service.  

·         Our extensive flood modeling capabilities are used in combination with our engineering judgment to deliver our technical expertise.
