Environmental due diligence
We offer a multi-disciplinary approach to identifying and managing environmental risk for a range of clients in the public and private sectors. Our team investigate and analyse environmental liabilities and site-specific constraints to ensure compliance with good practice and legislative requirements and to inform decisions on acquisitions and divestments. The team is supported where necessary, by other technical specialists within Mouchel to provide full remediation costing and/or design services as required.
We have an extensive understanding of environmental legislation and liabilities over a wide range of sectors. Additional in-house support is provided by the geotechnical, hydrogeology and geographic information system (GIS) teams within Mouchel to provide key stakeholders with rapid, pragmatic, technically robust and defensible responses.
