Due Diligence - Energy

Acting as technical advisor to financial and other institutions in asset acquisition processes. The work undertaken by Mouchel has, to date, focused on Gas and Water Infrastructures.  The commonality of work areas undertaken for our clients included but is not limited to the following work areas.

 Reviews of:

• Historic, Current and Future projections for Capital (Capex) Operational (Opex) and Replacement (Repex) Budgets;

• Business processes associated with the delivery of Capital projects against current and future Capex spending plans.

• Individual Reviews of selected Capex projects against initial project approval criteria; 

• Technical Standards and their application;

• Engineering policies and procedures and their implementation;

• The origination, implementation and operation of Safety Procedures and Policies.
