Our customer service team are responsible for providing customer service through four public sector customer service centres in the UK and handling more than 1.7 million calls a year.
We have developed a single contact centre capability that provides services for a range of enquiries through knowledge base systems including:
Housing departments
Environmental services
Parking solutions
Social services
Revenues and benefits
Housing benefits
We can also offer creation of a centralised administrative function supporting customer service as well as improvements and transformation.
Working in partnership with clients to develop the Customer Access Strategy including:
Customer Insight used to design and develop service
Optimise customer access by customer type and service
Efficient channel process through technology and channel shift
