We design affordable remediation solutions, including preparing remediation strategies for approval by regulatory bodies. Our consultants also carry out planning reviews for local authorities and advise on the best way to achieve planning permission.

We offer informed desk studies; targeted investigations and independent pragmatic remediationdesign and supervision. As part of our service we are able to provide justification through risk assessment and documented validation through dedicated record keeping. In addition, where land banks are large, we carry out informed defensible prioritisation and identification of risks. All our processes follow appropriate guidance including DEFRA and the Environment Agency (EA) model procedures for the management of land contamination CLR11.
