Construction management (highways)

We provide day-to-day management of projects, including communication with the client, performance of the project team, management of risk and commercial issues, as well as compliance with all Mouchel systems and procedures on quality, Health & Safety and so on.

We can also act as the employer’s agent or site supervisor to contractors, as required during the construction phase.
