Civil enforcement services (overview)

We actively operate and manage decriminalised parking enforcement contracts for a number of local authorities. All of our clients operate decriminalised parking systems that adhere to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and the various London local authority acts, as well as the Transport Act 2000.

Our services include on-street enforcement, off-street enforcement, CCTV enforcement, car park management, vehicle pound and removal operations, TUPE, recruitment, training and customer service.

We deliver the highest level of customer service through technological enhancements and fully trained front-line staff.
