CCTV enforcement

We undertake CCTV monitoring and enforcement activities relating to moving traffic and bus lane contraventions. Our team are fully conversant with the legislation, codes of practice and sound working practices associated with the enforcement of parking, bus lane and moving traffic contraventions. Our monitoring is carried out through the use of closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras and recording devices both in fixed camera/control room and in mobile/vehicles.

We provide Civil Enforcement Officers that monitor CCTV cameras and enforce within the following regulations:

  • London Local Authorities Act 1996 (as amended)

  • LondonLocal Authorities Act 2000

  • Statutory Instrument 2001 No 690 - The Transport for London (Bus Lanes) Order 2001

  • LondonLocal Authorities and Transport for London Act 2003

  • Code of Practice for the Operation of CCTV Enforcement Cameras

  • Code of Practice on Civil Parking and Traffic Enforcement
