Building Schools for the Future (BSF) delivery

We are helping to deliver Building Schools for the Future (BSF) - the major government programme aimed at refurbishing and, where necessary, rebuilding 50% of the secondary school estate in England over the next 12 years. We undertake business case development and wider educational support services for BSF programmes and are involved in the design and project management of these projects. To add to our service offering we have formed a 50/50 joint venture with Babcock SGI called Mouchel Babcock Education (MBE) to act as our Local Education Partner (LEP).

Our team works both on the customer and supplier side of the BSF project. On the customer side we provide children's services property and construction management departments and schools with end-to-end design, construction and management services that fall within the category of Capital Schemes. We sit on the PfS framework as Project Managers and Technical Advisers. Key features of our role include:

On the supplier side we act as either Mouchel Babcock Education for the LEP or as delivering supply chain services.
