Building schools for the future (delivery)
Building Schools for the Future (BSF) is a major government programme aimed at rebuilding or refurbishing all secondary schools over the next 15 years.
We are actively involved in the design and project management of BSF projects in their initial stages. To exploit this major opportunity we have formed a joint venture with Babcock, called MPB Education.
We also support clients in their preparation and business case development for BSF programmes – see Building Schools for the Future (client side)’
We will provide property / construction management departments and schools with end-to-end design, construction and management services which fall within the category of Capital Schemes.
This includes:
- funding, approvals and PFI consultancy
- design and development
- project and programme management
- strategic procurement
Our expertise is based on many years’ experience working within education and delivering schools’ infrastructure projects.
We work with our supply chain partners to provide the complete service support throughout the lifetime of the partnership.
