Building schools for the future (client side)

We provide client-side support for local authority with their capital investment schemes for schools.

We are also actively involved in the design and project management of BSF projects in their initial stages. (See ‘Building Schools for the Future (BSF) delivery)

Our client-side capabilities range from provision of interim Project Directors, programme and project management and governance, through to strategy and visioning, school organisation and place planning, effective procurement and development of strategy for change to outline and final business cases.

We provide school accommodation and curriculum modelling, and options appraisals, support for consultation, stakeholder engagement, procurement and due diligence. We also offer comprehensive change management advice and support.

Our team has significant experience of local government and children's services. Each project is overseen by a senior consultant with direct experience as a BSF Project Director.

We put very strong emphasis on working in partnership, going to extraordinary lengths to develop new, better and sustainable ways of working with our clients and partners.
