Supply, support and maintenance of hand held computers

We are the primary UK parking supplier of mobile hand held computers; supplying more than 3,000 devices in the past eight years. We have a dedicated hand held support team that provide support and maintenance. The team is also responsible for innovation and research on current and future devices. We have supplied hand held devices from the following leading manufacturers: Honeywell, Psion Dap, Casio, Motorola and Panasonic.

Our team provide a support service on all the hand held devices to the client via a support desk. In addition clients are able to track the hand held devices progress online when a faulty unit is returned.We also provide the enhanced technology on the hand helds such as:

  • General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) that allows data to be transferred in real time, directly to the back office.

  • GPS real time tracking either through hand held devices or in-vehicle tablet PCs

  • Real time alert features that allows the user to notify back office staff immediately if they are in distress.
