Demand for services in the waste sector is driven by European and government directives on waste prevention, re-use, recycling, energy recovery and disposal. The publication of the ‘Waste Strategy for England 2007’ document has reinforced the need for action and the case for new, more sophisticated technology in this sector.

We work with waste disposal authorities to provide strategic planning consultancy and in the design and project management of new waste disposal infrastructure. Our services bring certainty to the cost, quality and sustainability of the waste management solutions adopted to meet the increasingly stringent legislation.

We provide project and design management, assistance through the PFI / PPP tendering processes, civil engineering design, construction management, and the management of commissioning and performance testing.

In addition, we provide strategic planning services to authorities and commercial organisations, including those associated with planning applications for waste facilities, and we help our clients to evaluate and eliminate the risks associated with projects of this type. We work with authorities to shape their procurement policies and methods and we improve the performance of their existing operations.
