Mouchel works extensively in the public-sector property market, managing a vast property portfolio of over 2,500 schools, 4,000 public buildings and 12,000 homes.
We are also designers and project managers – employing architects, structural engineers, building services engineers and quantity surveyors as well as project and programme managers – and are involved in projects ranging from the design of school-buildings and town hall refurbishments to major commercial fit-outs, complex office migrations and tall tower projects.
We are active in City Academies too, having been involved in the construction and project management of 24 of these new-generation education facilities.
We provide services that extend from strategic asset management and estates management, through all stages of design, to maintenance and regeneration. This ability to provide life-cycle care of our clients’ property investments is an important differentiator; enabling us to apply sound ‘in-service’ knowledge to the all-important stages of planning and design.
