Our management consultancy business has grown to become one of the largest five construction project management companies in the UK.
We provide strategic consultancy, project management, programme management and commercial, logistics and procurement management services to a mix of public- and private-sector clients in local government, rail, health, regeneration, education and the comercial sector.
The acquisition of Hornagold and Hills in 2006 and Hedra in 2008 have brought a new perspective to Mouchel’s management consultancy business, paving the way for longer-term strategic partnerships with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Management consultancy projects range from the fit-out of Transport for London’s new 235,000sq ft Palestra headquarters building – which we’re making a sustainability exemplar – through the business-critical refurbishment of the Nomura international HQ building in London, to the project management of the National Healthy Schools programme, which involves liaison with over 23,000 schools in England.
