LandAspects - our land information management business - is the market leader in spatial data management, applying geographic information systems (GIS) technology to land classification, acquisition, management, and disposal work; in general associated with linear development projects such as roads, railways and tramways.
Our contaminated land team develops environmentally- and economically-sustainable strategies to remediate ‘brownfield’ sites; offering services ranging from initial appraisals and investigations, through remediation design and supervision, to risk assessment.
We carry out environmental due diligence, investigating and analysing environmental liabilities and site-specific constraints to inform decisions on acquisitions and divestments.
