Mouchel provides consulting and business services to a largely public-sector customer base in the UK and overseas. Mouchel plans, designs, constructs, maintains and operates the physical and administrative infrastructure that underpins modern society; infrastructure ranging from roads and railways, through water and energy, to local government property, schools and back-office support functions.
Mouchel develops solutions to dispose of society’s waste and to regenerate some of the most socially-deprived urban communities; it is developing innovative solutions to meet changing energy-generation needs; and its is improving the cost-effectiveness and value-for-money of council services across a range of disciplines.
Mouchel supports its clients and the public at a variety of levels; being able to offer strategic and policy advice, management consultancy and project management, design services, operational support and asset management in each of its core markets.
Services are provided primarily in the UK but Mouchel’s businesses in Ireland and the Middle East are developing rapidly to meet a growing demand for its principal service offers.
