The Mouchel Consortium is a UK focused public services consultancy and solutions business. In order to meet the requirements of our customers, Mouchel's Management Consulting business, partner with a range of organisations as the Mouchel Consortium to provide a range of IT-based solutions and services.

We are proud of our success in maintaining our status as a leading solution provider to the public sector, through our position on Buying Solutions’ framework – Software Application Solutions, where we are listed on all of the six Lots. This framework seeks to provide access to leading application solutions to the full range of public sector organisations and is likely to provide up to £1 billion worth of solutions over its two year term.

As part of the Consortium, Microsoft works with Mouchel and our other Consortium partners to develop propositions specifically tailored to the UK public sector e.g. Mouchel has led the development of the Citizen Service Platform (CSP) solution for Social care on behalf of Microsoft's Global Health and Local Government Businesses.
