Microsoft
Microsoft and Microsoft Consulting Services in the UK is a core member of the Mouchel Consortium. As part of the Consortium, Microsoft works with Mouchel and our other Consortium partners to develop propositions specifically tailored to the UK public sector e.g. Mouchel has led the development of the Citizen Service Platform (CSP) solution for Social care on behalf of Microsoft's Global Health and Local Government Businesses. We jointly market those propositions to that sector and jointly implement and support them as demonstrated by the European launch of the CSP Social Care platform in Bilbao in April 2009.
Mouchel also runs the programme office for Microsoft's Shared Learning Group - a shared service for innovation which comprises 12 leading Local Authorities working in collaboration with Microsoft. This close relationship provides the Mouchel Consortium with an unrivalled level of access to Microsoft technical expertise and product knowledge, and enables us to draw upon Microsoft's global resources to meet UK public sector needs.
