Supporting and leading initiatives and strategies on behalf of our clients in the Acute, Primary and Mental Health areas as well as SHA's , Department of Health and Independent Sector providers.

Management consulting

Our health team includes over 40 clinicians and management consultants who have the expertise and experience needed to support your organisation in delivering benefits within complex change programmes.

Our primary areas of focus are Commissioning, e-Health (CfH), Estates Rationalisation & Management, Integrated Care Centres (Polyclinics), Independent Sector & Third sector support to market entrants, Facilities Management (both hard & soft), PPP/PFI.

Our capabilities extend across the healthcare spectrum, from implementing service redesign; business change and project management to Health Trusts; management of the National Healthy Schools programme; estates and capital programme expertise; to supporting large scale IT- enabled change in three fifths of England as part of the National Programme for IT.
