Education and children's services

We provide a learning led technically expert offer to clients with a focus on raising achievement and improving outcomes for children, young people and their families. We bring the experience of high quality professionals drawn from schools, children's services authorities, HMI and government departments, combined with excellence in programme and project management.

As a major provider of property services to schools and councils, we work with signature architects, commercial and cost advisors, constructing school improvement projects with Local Education Partnerships (LEPs) and local authorities.

Services include:-

• children's services support - supporting you in ensuring that vulnerable children and young people reach their full potential, through effective performance management systems

• corporate governance - ranging from National Challenge Trust schools to academies, supporting organisational development and change

• learning research and evaluation - in parnership with you we develop strategies for change  that support school improvement and the design of buildings

• digital learning / ICT - working with you to shape your vision through technical specification and procurement and delivering ICT managed services

• building capacity - an integrated programme of skills development, knowledge transfer and peer and independent reviews, ranging from support for school leaders through to working at project board level to deliver capital investment

• interim management - we can source interim directors of children's services, heads, principals finance/ bursars, HR managers and project/change managers.

• programme management - we have significant experience of working with clients to deliver large and complex capital programmes.

• architecture - we provide the full spectrum of services from project inception through to detailed design and site supervision.

• building maintenance - we provide a range of building maintenance services (including minor works) to schools, colleges and universities

• back office functions - a full suite of support including finance, payroll, HR and ICT managed services
