Mouchel has full Investors in People accreditation for all its UK offices and sites. Investors in People is a prestigious, nationally-recognised framework for enabling businesses to improve the way they work.
Following a rigorous assessment process in February 2010, Mouchel successfully retained its status as an Investors in People company.
Feedback from our latest IiP assessment showed that there is a culture of openness and honesty across Mouchel, and that consultation is part of our culture; this is valued by staff as an example how we recognise their contribution to our success.
