Statutory servicing and regular maintenance
Mouchel will advise what servicing and maintenance is required, how important it is and will make all necessary arrangements for it to be undertaken by competent contractors.
Certain servicing is required by law, usually for health and safety reasons. Some servicing is industry best practice or recommended by the health and safety executive, whilst other servicing and works are sensible to prolong the life of plant and equipment. We will advise exactly what is required and why.

Boiler servicing: with provision of certification where required
Heating system servicing
Gas distribution pipework and appliances
Ventilation fans
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
Five year electrical fixed wiring test
Fire alarm
Emergency lighting

We will manage all servicing to a clear budget, servicing at a fixed cost while our fees are generally incorporated in the core agreement.
We will make you aware of when servicing is taking place and following completion, we will advise you it there are any recommended remedial works. We will also ensure you are aware when the next service is due.
