Day to day responsive works and servicing
There may be particular contractors who have a great relationship with the school. You trust them and they always understand what is required. We can work with these contractors, managing them on your behalf.
You may wish to tie in with a framework contract which has been procured by the local authority. We manage contractors on these frameworks too.
Alternatively Mouchel will use our network of suppliers or source new suppliers locally.
Programmed maintenance
For all the programmed maintenance you require, whether painting or heating upgrades, we can procure and manage contractors to suit. As above, this can be through your own contacts, local authority frameworks or our network of suppliers.
Improvement works/projects
Mouchel are able to support a building improvement project from end to end. We will procure contractors on your behalf to undertake the works, irrespective of its value. In doing this we will discuss the options, highlighting current guidance and best practice to ensure a successful procurement.
