Understanding your assets:we are able to undertake condition surveys to include with your suitability and sufficiency assessments and surveys. We support a lifecycle model approach, looking at the whole life cost and environmental impact of different elements of building maintenance.
Developing a plan:we will assist in writing an asset management plan to respond to issues raised in your suitability, sufficiency and condition assessments with plans for building and maintenance works over the next five years.
Budgeting: we can help to price the projects in your asset management plan to enable you to plan for, and obtain, the necessary funding.
Estates advice: where issues impact your estate, we are able to deal with all issues. These may include boundary issues, tenancy issues, below ground services, trespass/encroachment, leases, acquisitions or disposals, valuations to name a few areas where we can provide advice.
Compliance:getting the basics right. We can ensure that compliance is managed and efficiently achieved in every area.
Delivery:we will support the delivery of the maintenance and projects detailed in the asset management plan, or as required provide all design services, project management services, asbestos guidance, CDM co-ordinators and contract administration.
