To help academies and schools find the appropriate level of support, we have devised a range of clear options for to choose from. Whilst these are our standard offerings, Mouchel can also tailor our service provision to your specific needs:

  • Option 1 – Administration  system support: MIS and hardware

  • Option 2 – Option 1 plus curriculum software and hardware support

  • Option 3 – Option 2 plus dedicated local technician (at half day per week time-slots)

 

Option 1 – Administration system support: MIS and hardware

Providing you with a service desk, reactive engineers and remote support for all your MIS and hardware needs.

Intelligent innovation_ICT 

• Service desk available from 8am–5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Web based service desk system, allowing remote support of desktops anywhere in the world

• Reactive engineers to provide onsite support

• SIMS support team providing: SIMS support; installation; configuration; troubleshooting; upgrades; and training

• Coordination of administration forums for administrative staff and bursars

• Hardware and software procurement 

Option 2 – Option 1 plus curriculum software and hardware support

  • Full support of your academy or school administration system as described in option 1 

  • Full support of your curriculum hardware and software 

  • Remote monitoring of curriculum systems 

  • Remote and reactive fault resolution 

  • Ofsted preparation


 

Option 3 – Option 2 plus dedicated local technician (half day per week time-slots)

  • As option two with the choice of a dedicated on-site local technician in slots of half day per week
