Schools and academies are only as good as the quality of their teaching and management , and this is dependant on the quality of people recruited and retained, and their ongoing development. Our focus is on doing the procedural tasks associated with people very well. This allows senior leaders in schools, academies and colleges to focus on developing their staff, and gives them the confidence that they are getting good advice and that mistakes in process, which can undermine staff relations, are not made.

We do this by developing the team we have and the processes which we operate, all of which are dedicated to supporting schools, academies and colleges. All our Human Resource advisors are qualified members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Advisers have experience of working with schools and the broad range of issues at a procedural and legislative level.

Our Payroll team is fully conversant with national School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions and Single Status Pay and Conditions with knowledge and expertise in this area of work. We take care to maintain a dialogue with employers and pension funds so that the impacts of changes to payroll details are automatically captured within pension administration.
