Using state of the art technology and experienced staff, Mouchel payroll service provides timely and accurate payments to staff and relevant third parties, whilst ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. The team work with a variety of bodies and external agencies such as Inland Revenue, DSS, Teachers’ Pensions, Trade Unions and independent Human Resource providers. These external relationships have been tried and tested and proved to work efficiently and effectively.
Service description
The payroll service will provide for timely and accurate payments to staff and relevant third parties, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
We will:
Make salary payments and expenses reimbursements directly into employee bank accounts with all statutory and voluntary deductions, including pensions, being paid over to third parties in accordance with legislative and contractual obligations
Provide pre-notification via email of monthly payroll costs and reconciliation, allowing the school or educational establishment to make adjustments
Submit year-end returns electronically. Any Inland Revenue cash rebates received as a result of this will be passed on to the relevant school or educational establishment. Five-year holiday entitlements and annual increments are automatic
Inform pension providers of all contractual changes
