Facilities management services
Mouchel offers a full facilities management (FM) service for schools, academies or colleges, which we provide using directly employed staff or subcontract to our established supply chain. The aim of our service is to support teaching and learning by freeing school, academy or college staff to concentrate on core business. We train our FM staff to focus their efforts in a way that best supports learning.
Our FM services can include:
• The employment of a team of school keepers for porterage, maintenance and the provision of an on-site service which is pro-active and responsive.
• The management of all works to keep the school looking good, functioning well and operating efficiently.
• Catering provision, managing cashless payment systems and the management of lettings.
• The management of site security.
In each location we build a solution which comprises the best combination of directly employed and transferred staff, together with support from our supply chain and your existing suppliers.
